Pricing & billing questions

What do you actually charge on an order?

2% on pickup and delivery orders placed through your storefront — not the 25-30% an aggregator takes. Dine-in and reservations are 0%, because that customer was already sitting in your restaurant.

Is it a subscription, or a commission, or both?

Both, and we say so plainly: a monthly subscription for the storefront and the Brain, plus 2% on pickup/delivery orders (0% on dine-in and reservations). No hidden per-message or per-photo charges.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. There is no lock-in contract — cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What is your refund policy?

See our Refund Policy for the full terms. In short: your subscription can be refunded within the window stated there, and any order payment that is refunded to a diner also reverses our fee on that order — we do not keep a commission on food a customer never received.
